Quarter 3, Week 1 – Making Personal Opinion

In our first week in quarter 3, we learned about Making Personal Opinions. An opinion is an expression of belief, attitude, value, judgment, or feeling. It is neither correct nor incorrect that can sometimes gradually mislead others. Note that each is also debatable. In other words, one can potentially approve or oppose with (debate) a statement of opinion. To put it another method, one can theoretically discuss if you agree or disagree with a statement of opinion. There's a key point in Making Personal. First is Informal writing, use I think and I believe to say what your opinion is, can even be used to represent your opinions explicitly. The second is Academic writing, it is typical to give your opinion implicitly.

We also have Anglo-American Literature Icon Richard Duane Warren. Richard Warren is one of the most, recognized and influential Pastors in the world and is the originator of the Saddleback Church, which is the eighth-largest church in the USA. Followed by  "Time Magazine" as one of the "100 Most influential People in the World", Warren has better than 300 community ministries. This Evangelical minister is also a successful author, whose work includes "The Purpose Driven Church" and 'The Purpose Driven Life' which was featured on the New York Times Best Seller list. He has been active in social reasons like poverty, diseases, and the increase of academic and employment chances.

We have a quiz about the topic. I learned that personal opinions are the conclusions someone reaches based partially on facts and partly on what they already think. Personal opinions can be shared by people just because they are asked. I understood that Explicit indicates something that is stated directly and clearly. Implicit indicates something that is described indirectly or implied. I don't find the discussion difficult.

Integrate

1. ) From my point of view, It is not safe for minors because there are sensitive images that people post and there are even peoples who scam other people, but on the other side posting on Facebook is quite good because you can express yourself by posting and you can reach your relatives from afar.

2. ) My impression is that I don't like cyberbullying because it can affect physical, mental, and emotional. This will especially affect youthful individuals.

3. ) Personally, I love having pineapple on pizza, for me, it blends well in the other toppings on a pizza.

4. ) In my opinion, it's important to wear it, because when you wear it it's like you're physically in school and it is more look presentable.

5. ) I believe, purchasing a new phone is only a waste of money if you can still use your current phone and use your money to buy important and needed things.

Sharpen

From my point of view, a face to face class is not a good idea. We may want to go to school but health is more important. According to others, some are still not vaccinated. My parents don't want me to go vaccine because there's news that a young girl goes crazy after being vaccinated, so my parents are anxious about what would happen if I get vaccinated. It may be true that vaccine for minors is may affect harmful to them. I have no doubt that many parents and children are scared regarding the effects or for some different reasons. I would say that face-to-face classes may impact great things to us like, we can understand the lessons better and it will make it easy for us to learn, Unlike modular or online classes. I have the feeling that even the students who are under 17 who are vaccinated still get the virus. So it would probably be better if there were no face-to-face classes.
